Conference on Livable ’scapes on the 4th of september 2020
Edge is hosting a conference on livable ’scapes. during the 14th May 2020. The conference is about developing livability in sustainable urban development. Interesting lectures will be held about livable and multifunctional streets, storm water management and use of Biochar in urban design. The conference will be held in swedish and will take place in Lokstallarna urban transformation Area in Kirseberg, Malmö.
Conference speakers will be:
Alexander Ståhle – Spacescape – Smart streets
Kent Fridell – Edge – Bluegreengrey systems for livable streets
Erik Simonsen – Cementa – Open sub-base layers and permeable pavements
Karin Neergaard & Pernilla Hyllenius Mattisson – Trivector – Time to invest on biking – trends, potential, economy and what is needed to increase biking.
Jonatan Malmberg – Ecotopic – Biochar as a carbon sink and a resource in urban applications.
New date for the conference:
Due to the current sitation and the recent development of the the corona-virus COVID-19 will the conference Livable Scapes be postponed to the 4th of September 2020. The original date the 14th of may will be cancelled.
Applications that have been made will still be valid for the new date.
